Najib Darmawan is a skilled technical leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Technical Lead at FIT HUB since February 2024, Najib manages cross-functional teams comprising Backend, Web, and Mobile Engineers. Previously, at Stockbit from January 2021 to November 2023, Najib held positions as Lead Backend Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on designing and maintaining large-scale projects utilizing technologies such as Golang, MySQL, and Docker. Najib's career includes roles at HappyFresh, Wirecard, and Waktu Kopi, showcasing expertise in microservices architecture, DevOps, and team management. Najib holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Sumatera and has experience as a laboratory manager and assistant, further emphasizing a strong foundation in technical education.
