Ana Carolina Mota currently serves as an Engineer I at FIT - Instituto de Tecnologia, where responsibilities include leading technical projects related to batteries and providing support for photovoltaic systems. Additionally, Ana works as a Research Assistant at the Renewable Energy Center of Parque Tecnológico Itaipu, focusing on the research of second life lithium-ion batteries and battery management system algorithms. Previous experience includes a scholarship at Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-Americana - UNILA, where research involved studying the structural and magnetic properties of intermetallic compounds for applications in permanent magnets. Ana also completed an internship at Parque Tecnológico Itaipu, contributing to the development of boost converters and control systems for microgrids. Ana is pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná.
