Tamara Kojić

Head of People Operations at FishingBooker

Tamara Kojić has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

From 2023 onwards, they have been working at FishingBooker as the Head of People Operations, responsible for ensuring optimal conditions for the team of 140 employees. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, they served as the Head of Employee Experience at the same company.

Before joining FishingBooker, Tamara worked as an independent Community Building & Experience Management Consultant from 2017 to 2022. Tamara helped businesses across different countries in developing their communities, establishing values and culture, and creating plans for holistic change.

In 2022, Tamara joined Talentuno Serbia as a Community Manager, contributing to the launch and growth of the crowdsourcing recruitment platform.

From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Mokrin House, a coworking and coliving space in Serbia. Prior to this, they served as the Community & Innovation Manager and Program Director at the same company from 2017 to 2019 and from 2015 to 2017, respectively.

Tamara is also a Co-Founder and Event & International Relations Manager of Girls Rock Camp Serbia, a music camp aimed at empowering girls in the music scene, from 2016 to 2020.

In addition, they co-founded and managed operations and community at Château de La Salle, a coliving project from 2017 to 2019.

Tamara has also worked as a Communications and Coaching Consultant at The Swedish Institute, focusing on the Food for Tomorrow initiative in the Western Balkans region in 2018.

Furthermore, they have experience as an Associate Producer at TRI GROÅ A / Threepenny Theatre from 2015 to 2017, and as the founder of Kilometar Kose, a charity initiative providing natural hair wigs to those suffering from hair loss, from 2014 to 2016.

Lastly, Tamara started their career as a Radio Producer at the Serbian Broadcasting Corporation in 2013.

Tamara Kojić has a Master's Degree in Management of Media and Culture from the Faculty of Drama Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade, Serbia. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Production in Theatre, Radio, and Culture at the same university. Additionally, Tamara has obtained certifications in Developing Cross-Cultural Intelligence, Leading When You're Not in Charge, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in March 2022.
