Jennifer A. Brody

Jennifer Brody defends employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including class actions and claims under the California Private Attorney Generals Act (PAGA), and counsels and trains them on personnel issues such as compliance with wage and hour laws, employee classification, and maintaining sound policies, procedures, and handbooks.

She previously handled workplace-related matters at an AmLaw 200 firm, with a focus on breach of employment contract, discrimination and harassment, violations of disability and medical leave laws, wage and hour claims, and PAGA representative actions.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, was an editor of the International Journal of Law, and a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. She has pro bono experience assisting litigants in filing for conservatorships at Bet Tzedek Legal Services Conservatorship Clinic, an organization that provides representation to low-income residents of Los Angeles County.
