Anna Louise Pettersen began their work experience in 2016 as a Kundekonsulent at SpareBank 1 Østlandet. Anna Louise then moved on to become a General Sales Manager at Scandic Elgstua and Scandic Central Elverum from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Bedriftsrådgiver at SpareBank 1 Østlandet and later as an Investeringsrådgiver at Njord Kapitalforvaltning AS until 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Regional Sales Director at Fisher Investments.

Anna Louise Pettersen has a Bachelor's degree in Økonomi from the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed an Årsstudium in Bedriftsadministrasjon og -ledelse at the same university from 2013 to 2014. In 2012 to 2013, Anna studied Bedriftsøkonomi at BI Norwegian Business School.
