Terry Woodward is a Senior Water and Wastewater Engineer with extensive experience in the field of civil and environmental engineering. Currently employed at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. (FTCH) since August 2015, Terry has previously held significant positions such as Senior Project Manager at URS Corporation (2006 - 2015) and Arcadis (2000 - 2006), as well as Project Manager at O'Brien & Gere (OBG) from 1974 to 2000. Terry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University between 1978 and 1981.
