Leonard Harwell currently serves as Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Fishbeck, a position held since February 2020. In addition, Leonard has been a Principal at Sovereign AEC since May 2005, where focus lies on construction management. Previously, Leonard managed the Detroit office of Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. from September 1990 to April 2014, gaining extensive experience in project management and leadership throughout a career that spans over three decades.
