Minal Carvalho is an experienced Program Release Train Engineer at Fiserv since March 2022, specializing in facilitating Agile Release Train processes and coaching Scrum teams. Previously, Minal held various roles at Humana from February 2013 to March 2022, including IT Scrum Master and Digital Project Manager, focusing on Agile methodologies and project execution. Earlier career experiences include project management and business analysis at American Express, Syntel Inc., and other firms, where Minal managed software development projects, led requirement analysis, and coordinated user acceptance testing. Minal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology.
