Alex Fischer is currently serving as a Partner at Fischer y Cia. and Consejero at Defensoría del Contribuyente. Previously, Alex held the position of Partner at Baraona Fischer y Compañía and Co-head of Carey's Tax Group at Carey. Before that, Alex worked as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and a Manager at Ernst & Young. Alex holds a LL.M. in Corporate & Tax Law from New York University School of Law, an APCLB in Finance, Microeconomy, Statistics from NYU Stern School of Business, and an ITP in International Tax from Harvard Law School. Alex completed their degree in Law at Universidad de Chile.
