Blaire Biles has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and food and beverage management sectors, with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Wine Bar and Cooking School manager at Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods since August 2019, Blaire previously held positions including Restaurant AGM at Champions Sports Bar, Opening F&B Manager at Hilton Garden Inn, and Food Beverage Manager at Éilan Hotel and Spa. Additional experience includes serving as Opening Director of F&B Operations at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts and Assistant F&B Director at Embassy Suites, where Blaire received national recognition as Manager of the Quarter.
