Preston Esco has a diverse professional background in construction management and education. Currently serving as Field Manager IV at Fischer Homes since December 2021, Preston has progressively advanced through various managerial roles at the company. Previously, Preston held a Project Manager position at All Restoration Solutions, LLC, and an Associate Builder role at SR Homes, LLC, where responsibilities included consultation on plan revisions, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality standards. Earlier experience includes working with Campus Outreach in college ministry, focusing on leadership development, organizing educational programs, mentoring students, and fostering community relationships. Preston holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology Teacher Education from the University of North Georgia.
