David Stroup is a seasoned professional in land development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at Fischer Homes since April 2013, David oversees all responsibilities of direct reports and coordinates land development activities with homebuilding operations. Previous roles include Professional Land Surveyor at Bayer Becker and various positions at McNally Construction Inc., G.J. Berding Surveying, Inc., and Baker Concrete Construction, Inc., where David honed expertise in construction layout, surveying, and engineering. David holds an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University, and an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Surveying from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
