Xavier Fustagueras serves as the General Manager of Fischer Connectors Inc. - Americas since January 2022. Prior to this role, Xavier held several positions at NAGRA - Kudelski Group from January 2007 to January 2022, including SVP Regional General Manager for the Americas, Vice President of Presales, General Manager for NAGRA Iberica, and Senior Business Development Manager focusing on the PayTV sector. In addition, Xavier was an Advisory Board Member for Subscription Sales at the Technology Services Industry Association from September 2018 to December 2020 and worked as International Sales Manager at MIER COMUNICACIONES between July 2005 and January 2007. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Esade, a Master in Project Management from Universitat Ramon Llull, a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications Management from ICT, and a Telecommunications Engineer degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
