Claire Louise Kemp is a seasoned professional in client success and account management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Success at FiscalNote since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading the Client Success function for FiscalNote Global Intelligence. Prior to this role, Claire held various positions at Oxford Analytica, including Director of Client Success and Acting Head of Client Success, where a focus on exceptional service and client relationship management was paramount. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Account Manager at Kudos Innovations and roles at Atwood Tate, Oxford University Press, Southampton City Council, and Whittard of Chelsea, each contributing to expertise in client relations, recruitment consultancy, and project coordination. Claire holds an MSc in Archaeology, Computing from the University of Southampton and a BSc in Archaeology from the University of Liverpool.
