Dan Searle has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Customer Services Assistant at Tesco, where their main duties included stock inventory, stock/material planning, waste management, checkout services and price integrity. In 2012, they worked as a Resourcing Consultant at Network Compucare. In 2013, they worked as a Network Technician at the University of Reading. In 2014, they worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at eTeach. In 2015, they worked as an IT Technician at Romans. In 2017, they worked as an Infrastructure Support Technician at Leaders Romans Group. In 2019, they worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at FISCAL Technologies. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at QuoStar and as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at FISCAL Technologies.

Dan Searle attended The Emmbrook School from 2006 to 2011. Dan has obtained certifications from various institutions, including Microsoft, Avnet Infrastructure Solutions, PeopleCert, University of Reading, and Cisco. These include Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (2020), VMware vSphere: Fast Track [V6] (2017), ITIL Foundation (2016), ITIL Half Day Overview (2013), IT Essentials: PC Hardware and Software (2011), CCENT (2006), CCNA Discovery: Networking for Home and Small Businesses (2006), and CCNA Discovery: Working at a Small-to-Medium Business ISP (2006).
