Waikong Chung currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and IT Group Executive at FIS, overseeing BillerIQ, which was formerly known as Transactis following its acquisition. Prior to this role, Waikong held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Transactis after its acquisition by Mastercard and led various departments such as Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Change Management. Waikong has extensive experience in the financial technology sector, having held senior roles at companies including HTX, Brut, Instinet, JP Morgan, and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Waikong also contributed to the Staten Island Ballet as a pro bono Technology Board Advisor. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from NYU Courant Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Biology from NYU Arts and Science.
