Christine Carroll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital engineering and employee experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Engineering Strategy for Banking Solutions at FIS since May 2024, Carroll previously held the role of Senior Manager, Digital Workplace at Vanguard. From July 2018 to April 2024, Carroll advanced through multiple leadership positions at Ally, including Director of Employee Experience and Director of Business Operations and Technology Strategy. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Bank of America focused on Consumer Sales and Servicing Technology, as well as project management positions at Randstad Technologies US and Macy's, Inc. An early career includes an internship at Great American Insurance Group and leadership in public relations for Mortar Board Honor Society. Carroll holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.
