Armando’s work at FirstWatch helps American and Canadian customers use FirstPass® to improve patient care and outcomes. A public safety veteran, he has worked for EMS/ambulance companies, as an emergency trauma technician in two emergency departments, and volunteered as a medic for Cruz Roja Mexicana (Mexican Red Cross) for more than a decade.
Armando completed the U.S Forest Service’s Wildland Fire Academy and will soon earn his associate’s degree in fire science through Southwestern College.
