Tahni Morrison is a seasoned professional in customer success and digital communications, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at Firstup since January 2021, following the merger of SocialChorus and Dynamic Signal. Prior to this role, Tahni held multiple positions within Vodafone, including Global Social Media Manager and Global Digital Communications Manager, where leadership was demonstrated in developing global employee advocacy programs and managing internal communication strategies across extensive markets. Previous experience includes managing internal communications and fundraising initiatives at The Fred Hollows Foundation, and serving as Customer Account Manager at John Alam & Partners Pty Limited.
