Vivek Irudayaraj is an experienced executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Center Head at Firstsource, leading delivery for international clients in various sectors including Communications, Media & Technology, and Banking & Financial Services since January 2017. With a robust background in operations management, Vivek has held multiple senior roles in the industry, overseeing large accounts for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies and managing operations across various centers in India. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Customer Support at Azuga, Inc., where innovative GPS solutions were developed, and holding various senior positions at Firstsource Solutions Limited and Sitel. Vivek holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and recently completed a program in Digital Business Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
