Rekha Sethi currently serves as the Director General at the All India Management Association (AIMA), a position held since June 2008. Prior to this role, Rekha Sethi was the Senior Director at the Confederation of Indian Industry from January 1991 to June 2008. Rekha Sethi completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, from 1982 to 1985.
