Radha Penekelapati is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and management across leading tech companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Cruise since February 2022, Radha oversees the implementation of exceptional customer experiences for Ridehail and Delivery services.
