Priya Thiagarajan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in capability development and digital transformation in learning environments. Currently serving as VP of Capability Development at Firstsource since July 2021, Priya focuses on creating engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse learners. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Learning at UnitedHealth Group, VP of Simulations and Serious Games at MPS Interactive Systems, and a significant tenure at Tata Interactive Systems in various leadership positions. Priya has also led national training content development for Vodafone India and has a strong background in instructional design and project management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Thiagarajar School of Management and a B.Sc in Physics from Lady Doak College.
