Madhavi Behl serves as the Head of Corporate Communications at Firstsource, a position held since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading global communications and branding efforts. Prior to this role, Madhavi worked as the Assistant General Manager of Corporate Communications at L'Oréal in India from November 2019 to October 2021. Madhavi's earlier experience features roles such as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications at Reliance Capital, and contributing to Corporate Affairs at Standard Chartered Bank, overseeing internal communications and senior leadership engagements. Additional previous roles include Associate Partner at Genesis Burson Marsteller, Partner of Corporate Communication at Rediffusion Y&R, and various positions in consulting and communication management. Madhavi holds a PGDM in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fergusson College.
