Harish Ramachandran is a seasoned global business leader with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving at Firstsource since April 2020, Harish has previously held significant roles at Cognizant from July 2001 to June 2018, including Director of Business Development responsible for managing a P&L of approximately $120 million and leading an international team of over 1,000 engineers across multiple regions. Harish built and led a successful account management team, driving sales growth exceeding $50 million across diverse customer segments. Additionally, as Manager of Global Service Delivery, Harish oversaw a globally dispersed team to execute complex programs and as a Product Domain Consultant, Harish specialized in US healthcare system implementation and software design, leading teams to deliver impactful solutions.
