Arvind Nag is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Firstsource since October 2022, Arvind leads the Global Transition and PMO for BFS and Mortgage. Previous roles include Director and Associate Director of Operations at Sourcepoint from September 2019 to October 2022 and Director of Operations at Sutherland from February 2006 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed client management, financial oversight, and process automation. Arvind’s career began at Reliance Infocomm Ltd and TCS e-Serve International Ltd, where foundational customer service skills were developed. Arvind holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta.
