Catriona Helmstetter currently serves as a Community Services & Transportation Project Coordinator and previously held the role of Community Service Coordinator at FirstService Residential in California since September 2018. Prior to this, Catriona worked as a Community Service Leader II for the City of Laguna Hills from November 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included event planning and front desk operations. Additional experience includes positions as a Community Service Leader with the City of Mission Viejo and various roles in customer service and administrative support. Catriona possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from California State University, Chico, and has demonstrated strong skills in event coordination, customer engagement, and account management throughout a diverse career.
