Courtney Chan is a skilled recruiter with a diverse background in talent acquisition and administrative roles. Currently serving as a recruiter and talent researcher at First Round Capital since July 2024, Courtney has previously held positions at Roblox as a technical sourcer focused on data science, product, and general administration from May 2022 to June 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Clover Health from July 2019 to May 2022 as a technical recruiter, senior recruiting coordinator, and administrative assistant, as well as an administrative assistant at McKesson from June 2018 to July 2019.
