Shankar Vishwakarma is an experienced professional with a strong background in banking applications and middleware technologies. Currently serving as Team Lead at FIRSTRAND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED since 2015, Shankar manages key applications such as LCM and TCS BANCS SP, focusing on upgrades and addressing technical debts. Previously, Shankar worked as a Technical Lead at Ness Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., overseeing the middleware stack that included platforms like Weblogic, JBoss, and Apache Tomcat, along with responsibilities in people management.
