Rachel Thibeault is a seasoned professional in compliance and legal research with a robust background across multiple roles. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at FirstKey Homes since August 2021, Rachel has also held positions such as Market Compliance & Licensing Manager and Corporate Compliance Analyst at the same company. Prior experience includes a legal internship at the Maine Indian Tribal-State Commission, where Rachel conducted extensive legal research and co-authored an amicus brief for the First Circuit.
