Leigh Monteith is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and title insurance law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at FirstKey Homes since August 2017, Leigh previously held roles as Senior Corporate Counsel, Project Attorney at The Partners Group, and Vice President/Georgia Underwriting Counsel at Fidelity National Title, where responsibilities included document review, legal issue resolution, and management of title and survey matters for various transactions. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President/Senior Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Financial, where Leigh handled complex title insurance claims, and as a Senior Operations Analyst at Deutsche Bank, focusing on loan ownership transfers.
