Dawie Olivier currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at FirstCape, a leading wealth advice and asset management business in New Zealand, and as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Auckland Marine Rescue Centre. In addition, Dawie is the Managing Director of OLIVIERconsult and holds advisory roles at Money Sweetspot and ClearPoint. Previously, Dawie was the Chief Technology and Transformation Officer at Jarden and the GM of Enterprise Transformation at Westpac, where significant agile transformations were implemented. Other notable experience includes serving as a Director at Paymark and managing various senior technology and transformation roles at Westpac New Zealand Limited. Dawie holds multiple degrees and certificates from prestigious institutions, including Stanford University and MIT, and has a background in Maritime Studies.
