Tony Charles currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at FirstCall CSS and a Board Member at the Orthodox Christian Mission Center (OCMC). Previously, Charles held positions such as Advisor at Nominodata LLC, Chief Executive Officer at SkillDirector, and Vice Chairman of TC309 Corporate Governance at INCITS. With experience at Steele Compliance Solutions as Chief Client Officer and Vice President of Strategic Development, Charles focused on enhancing client experiences through technology and services. Charles also served in various capacities at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals, including Market Manager, overseeing large teams and driving the marketing strategies for the GI portfolio. In addition to a successful corporate career, Charles co-founded the California Hispanic Osteoporosis Foundation to support osteoporosis education and research in underserved communities. Charles earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from UCLA.
