İlkyaz Yeşilşerit began their career in 2018 as a Freelance Translator and Intern at Strater Çeviri Merkezi. In 2019, they joined Mimiq as a Product Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Marketing and Public Relations Consultant. In 2022, they moved to FirstBatch as a Process Manager, where they were responsible for architecting and operating internal/external processes for protocol development, managing key projects and tasks, and facilitating and driving meetings regarding process development and efficiency.

İlkyaz Yeşilşerit obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Yeditepe University between 2015 and 2019. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Digital Marketing Expertise and Content Editing from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Fashion Retail Transformation, Fashion Design, Fashion Systems, and Transforming the Fashion Business Specialization from Coursera.
