Suzanne Dorris has extensive experience in the banking and digital industry. Suzanne started their career at NCBS in 1996 as the Vice President and Director of Training. Suzanne then moved on to Digital Insight, where they held the roles of Director of Training and Director of Growth and Retention. In 2006, they joined Firethorn, a Qualcomm company, as the Director of Training until 2011. Currently, they are working at FirstBank, where they have held multiple positions including Vice President of Retail Banking and Digital Experience, and their current role as Director of Innovation and Digital Customer Experience.

Suzanne Dorris attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for an undisclosed period of time, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
