Kathryn Wright Weller is an experienced banking professional currently serving as an AVP/Business Development Officer at First Bank since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kathryn held positions at Farm Credit of the Virginias from 2018 to August 2021, including Commercial Ag Loan Officer and Loan Officer Trainee. Kathryn began their career with internships at Farm Credit of the Virginias and Glamourview Dairy Farm in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science from Virginia Tech, completing studies there from 2014 to 2018.
