Makayla Grayson is an accomplished professional in event planning and project management with a diverse background spanning several years. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at FIRST since January 2024, Makayla previously held the role of Meeting Planner at Canvas Meetings & Incentives, where expertise in budgeting, planning, and negotiation was emphasized. Makayla's experience includes positions such as Event Coordinator at Conscious Capitalism and Administrative Coordinator at It's My Community Initiative. Additional roles range from Event Assistant at the Carl Albert Congressional Research and Studies Center to Special Events and Programs Liaison at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum Of Natural History. Makayla’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Organizational Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
