Todd Whittemore is an experienced executive in the residential mortgage sector, currently serving as the President of Residential Mortgage at First Western Trust since September 2020. Previously, Todd held the position of Executive Vice President at MCM Capital, LLC and Principal - Senior Consultant at TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT. With extensive leadership experience, Todd was the Managing Director at Redwood Trust, where responsibilities included building and overseeing all residential mortgage operations in Denver. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer at Statebridge and Executive Vice President at Digital Risk LLC and Aurora Loan Services, where Todd led significant operational expansions. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado, earned between 1982 and 1986.
