Ron Rauschenberger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting and governmental leadership. As the owner of Rauschenberger Consulting LLC, Ron has been providing expert consulting services since May 2017. In addition to this role, Ron serves as a member of the Board of Directors for First Western Bank & Trust since September 2017. Previously, Ron held significant positions in the State of North Dakota, first as Chief of Staff from August 2007 to December 2017 and earlier as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor in the ND Governor's office from September 2001 to August 2007.
