Cara Watmough has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Advisor for Equity, Inclusion, Diversity & Culture and the Special Projects Lead for Talent Attraction at First West Credit Union since January 2017. Prior to these roles, Cara held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at First West Credit Union from November 2014 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Cara worked as a Branch Manager at Ajilon Finance from 2003 to 2006. Cara obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria between 1993 and 1997.
