Liam Pierce has worked as an Investment Analyst at First Washington Realty, focusing on grocery anchored retail properties. Before that, Liam gained experience as an Underwriting Analyst at NewPoint Real Estate Capital and as a Summer Analyst at Fetner Properties, Inc. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Syracuse University and participated in a study abroad program at University College Dublin.
