Emmett M. Watson Jr. is currently the Regional One-Stop Operator at the First Tennessee Development District, where they foster partnerships across eight American Job Centers to deliver education, training, and employment solutions. With over 23 years of expertise in public policy, project planning, and program management, Emmett has also held significant roles at organizations such as UN Women and UNICEF, contributing to humanitarian efforts and gender empowerment initiatives. Emmett's educational background includes a Master of Science in Regional Planning and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from the University of Liberia. Previous experience as the Title 1 WIOA Business Services Coordinator enabled them to establish partnerships with over 50 businesses, enhancing service utilization and job placements.
