Katy Powers' work experience includes serving as the HR Director at First Student in the West Division, as well as being the Sr HR Business Partner at Road Runner Sports. Prior to these roles, they were the HR Director at Wyndham Destinations and the Human Resources Manager at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. Additionally, they held positions as the Director of Human Resources at Casa Resorts Inc., the Senior Human Resources Manager at Islands Restaurants, and the Region Manager at World Savings.

Katy Powers has a background in psychology, having studied at California State University, Long Beach. Katy has also obtained additional certifications as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup in 2020 and as an Emergenetics Associate from Emergenetics International in 2015.
