Amelia Nickerson is the CEO of First Step Staffing, a position they have held since December 2017. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at Coxe Curry & Associates from August 2015 to December 2017. From August 2013 to May 2020, they were a Fundraising Consultant for the Robert Shaw, Man of Many Voices Film Project. Amelia also worked as a Campaign and Research Coordinator for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra from August 2004 to October 2011.
