Kevin Velazquez is an experienced real estate professional and licensed mortgage loan originator, currently serving as the Owner and Designated REALTOR® of First Step Realty Group since April 2014, where a 90% commission split is offered to sales associates. Additionally, Kevin has been a licensed Florida Mortgage Loan Originator at D&F Lending Corp. since January 2014, specializing in various loan programs including FHA, VA, and commercial lending. Prior roles include working as a Realtor with Carefree Luxury Properties Inc. and as a mortgage loan originator at Continental Mortgage and Gulf Coast Mortgage Services. Kevin holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Miami Dade College, completed between 2000 and 2003.
