Brad Staples is an experienced mortgage banking professional with a strong background in residential mortgages, specializing in new home purchases and refinances in Kansas and Missouri. Currently serving as the Owner of The Franchise Connect since January 2023, Brad has also worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at First State Bank of St. Charles since October 2019. Previous roles include Onboarding Manager and Secondary Marketing at LeaderOne Financial, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Pulaski Bank, and Senior Mortgage Banker at LeaderOne Financial. Brad began the career as a Mortgage Consultant at American Equity Mortgage and has a foundational background in sales from Thoroughbred Ford. Education was completed at Northwest Missouri State University from 2003 to 2006.
