Blake Hartman is a loan officer and credit analyst at First State Bank since September 2021, bringing a robust background in agricultural business management. Prior experience includes serving as the County Farm Bureau Manager at Jo Daviess County Farm Bureau and as a County Manager Trainee at Illinois Farm Bureau. Blake also held an internship at McLean County Farm Bureau and managed operations at Beutke Farm. Customer service experience was gained at Herman’s Package Store.
