Nicole Croniser has accumulated over 16 years of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Loan Operations Manager at First Source Federal Credit Union since April 2021. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at AmeriCU Credit Union for 14 years, where responsibilities included Loan Administration Supervisor, Member Services Trainer, Indirect Loan Underwriter, and Customer Service Representative. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Oswego and further education from SUNY Empire State College.
