Previously, Rupa held the position of Principal Associate at Vaish Associates and served as Company Secretary at Fortis Financial Services Limited, part of the Ranbaxy Group. Additionally, Rupa worked as Assistant Company Secretary at Asahi India Glass Limited and began a career as Secretarial Executive cum Company Secretary with the Jaipuria Group.
