Md. Ruhul Amin was born in Gopalgonj in the year 1961. He is a retired bureaucrat and a former chairman of Petrobangla. During his service period he has been posted to several Government organizations. He has enriched his experience with versatile knowledge obtaining from his service in the country.

Mr. Md. Ruhul Amin has traveled many countries around the world.
